Tarea: I need you guys to print off the following packet and bring it to class ASAP! You will be required to complete the first 10 pages of this packet by October 11th. Out of the 10 pages I will randomly select 3 to 4 pages that We will grade for accuracy. You will not know which pages these will be so you need to do them all as if they will be graded for accuracy!

1.                  Words ending in a vowel, n, or s have the accent on the penultimate syllable.

2.                  Words the end with a consonsant other than n or s are accented on the last syllable.

3.                  Words that do not follow the rules above must have a written accent mark over the vowel in the stressed syllable.
